Angelica Chavez, FNP-C, is the founder and lead injector of The Beauty Fix Medspa in North Scottsdale. With more than 15 years in aesthetic medicine, her approach combines facial anatomy, ultrasound technology, regenerative aesthetics, and individualized treatment planning to create natural, balanced results. Angelica believes in restoring what has changed with age rather than simply adding volume or chasing individual lines. Known for an anatomy-first approach, she uses ultrasound as an important part of treatment planning, assessment, and precision in her practice. Her philosophy is simple: restore before overfilling, support before chasing lines, and always keep the patient looking like themselves.

Elizabeth is a Registered Nurse and aesthetic injector at The Beauty Fix Medspa in North Scottsdale. Her approach to aesthetics is centered on natural results, thoughtful treatment planning, and helping patients look refreshed without looking overdone. Working alongside Angelica Chavez, FNP-C, Elizabeth has developed her aesthetic practice with a strong foundation in facial anatomy, patient assessment, and individualized treatment planning. She provides injectable and regenerative aesthetic treatments including Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®, dermal fillers, and select skin and regenerative treatments. As part of The Beauty Fix team, Elizabeth shares our philosophy of treating the face as a whole—supporting what has changed rather than simply chasing individual lines.

Chanel brings a calm, thoughtful, and patient-centered approach to every visit. Her love for beauty and skincare began early, growing up with sisters and naturally evolved into a passion for medical aesthetics. With a background in high-acuity nursing and the CVICU, Chanel is trained to stay composed under pressure, think critically, and prioritize safety and precision at all times. This foundation allows her to create a space where patients feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. She also has a strong interest in the operating room, with a long-term goal of working alongside a plastic surgeon—combining both injectables and surgical experience. This dual passion reflects her deep respect for facial anatomy, structure, and natural balance, helping her approach aesthetics with a full-spectrum, anatomy-first mindset. As a nurse apprentice, Chanel is excited to continue learning, refining her skills, and growing under expert mentorship while building trusting, long-term relationships with her patients. 🤍
